Congratulations to our San Cyclists

Sydney Adventist Hospital’s San Cyclists were challenged but ultimately persisted to conquer the Bobbin Head Cycle Classic once again. 

The event which includes a choice of four rides of distances between 27km and 104km  through scenic Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and Bobbin Head raises funds for Lifeline.

Overall, the team raised more than $7000 dollars for the Australian charity that provides 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. 

While Selda Deniz, Store Supervisor raised more than $4000 singlehandedly.

For some of the team, it was their first attempt at such a long distance. 

“As a first time BOBBO rider it was great to get amongst it and achieve my riding goal, despite the MANY hills sent to test me out,” said Mitch Hill, GP Liaison. 

“I am very proud of the San Cyclists team for their exceptional efforts this year,” said Brett Goods, Adventist HealthCare CEO.

“On the whole it was a fantastic day and I am already looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in 2025,” he said.
